Workouts are tailored to meet general goals of stroke improvement and strength gain. Coach Ireland would assign different levels into different lanes. We also incorporate water aerobics and moves with sculling to increase strength. Make sure to communicate your goals with Coach Ireland!
All swimmers are to be treated with respect no matter where they are in their swim journey. Must be able to swim in the deep end comfortably. If you do not know how to swim yet but are interested in starting, Coach Ireland provides adult lessons as well.
If you know you can swim across the pool but do not feel you can do it repeatedly, you may wear an aerobics belt until you are strong enough to swim across repeatedly. I would also recommend signing up for private lessons to improve stroke and feel more confident in your swimming skill.
